Graduation must be All Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Sciences, Computer Technology and Information Systems, Regional Planning, Geographical Information Technologies, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Planning, Urban and Regional Planning, Technology and Information Management, Space Sciences and Technologies, Management Sciences Programs, Management Information Systems. At least one of them should be academic, a total of 2 reference letters.
