Application Conditions and Quotas for All Terms
Term: 2025-2026 Bahar Dönemi
Application Requirements (For T.C Nationality): ALES Numerical must be minimum 70 (old system GRE Quantitative minimum 675, new system GRE minimum 153 ). Undergraduate GPA must be minimum 2.5/4 (65/100). Graduation must be All Engineering, Biology, Physical, Chemistry / Kimya, Mathematic. All Engineering, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics graduates can apply or in a field that may be needed in nuclear power plants can apply.
The application documents must include “a letter of intent” stating why the applicants want to pursue an MSc, “two letters of reference” and “a certificate of English proficiency”. ITU minimum value will be used for English proficiency (İ.T.Ü graduate application English requirements are explained on the website https://www.sis.itu.edu.tr/TR/mevzuat/ingilizce-gecerli-sinavlar.php).
